ABOUT THE ROLE
This person will be a critical member of the APAC Demand Generation team and will support the APAC Digital Marketing Lead to set up, execute, and optimize digital marketing programs across Japan and Greater China (GCN). You’ll be a hands-on operator—staging campaigns in local channels (e.g., Meta, programmatic display, content syndication), coordinating with agency and vendor partners, and ensuring campaigns are tracked and reported end-to-end. While strategy will be owned by program leads, you should bring a pragmatic POV on what will/won’t work locally and recommend tactical improvements.
Key Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and optimization for Japan and GCN programs across channels such as Meta, programmatic display, and content syndication

Manage day-to-day communications with local agency partners and vendors (creative agencies, syndication providers, influencers, direct-buy publishers), ensuring deliverables meet brief and timelines

Monitor performance and produce regular funnel-based reporting, identify trends, and recommend optimizations to improve acquisition and funnel conversion

Support localization of creative and messaging recommendations tailored to Japanese and Greater China audiences, based on local channel best practices and performance signals

Coordinate with Marketing Operations to implement UTMs, audience definitions, and tracking for consistent cross-channel measurement and attribution
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

3+ years of local digital marketing experience running acquisition programs in Japan and/or Greater China, with proven hands-on experience

Fluent in English and at least one of: Japanese (JP) or Mandarin Chinese (ZH); strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Direct, operational experience with mainstream digital channels (Meta, programmatic display, content syndication, etc.) including campaign setup, targeting, and optimization

Experience working with local vendors and agencies in Japan and/or GCN to brief, manage, and QA campaigns

Cross-functional experience coordinating with Marketing Operations or analytics teams on UTM/campaign setup and basic tracking requirements
