Role: Graphics and Communications Manager
Location: U.K. based, hybrid working; London Head Office
Job Type: Full time (hybrid working); Fixed Term Contract for 6-9 months
As the most active UK based, early stage science and technology investor, IP Group develops and supports some of the world’s most exciting businesses in healthtech, deeptech and cleantech.
Creating a diverse and inclusive working environment is central to IP Group’s culture. We are committed to pioneering I&D best practice because we strongly believe that diversity in its broadest sense leads to optimal decision making, and that a supportive inclusive environment brings out the best in our employees, founders and industry partners.
THE ROLE
The communications team at IP Group is responsible for building a truly differentiated reputation for the firm through its communication strategies.
Reporting into the Head of Communications, we are looking to hire a Graphics and Communications Manager as a fixed term maternity cover contract, for 6 – 9 months, with the possibility for extension, ideally beginning April 2026.
The Graphics and Communications Manager will play a critical role in visually communicating IP Group’s mission, portfolio, and performance. Above all, this person must have an exceptional ability to take complex ideas (often technical, scientific, or financial) and translate them into clear, compelling, highly polished visual materials, particularly PowerPoint presentations for a wide range of stakeholders, including shareholders and potential investors.
This role requires deep curiosity about the sectors in which we invest, strong visual storytelling skills, and confidence working with data‑rich, detail‑heavy content. This is an interesting, unique and varied role for someone to take an active role in both graphics and copywriting.
