Growth-Focused Social Media & Marketing Assistant
Type: Part-Time 1099 | ~10–30 hrs/week

About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media & Marketing Assistant who can do more than post content—they help drive revenue. You’ll manage content, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with our marketing team to grow sales through paid ads, funnels, and revenue-focused strategies.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone organized, creative, and sales-minded.
What You’ll Do
Content & Social Media
- Edit short-form video content and graphics
- Write captions and social posts
- Schedule and publish on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, X
- Maintain content calendars and posting schedules
Marketing & Sales Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team on revenue-driving campaigns and targeted marketing initiatives
- Help plan and execute focused campaigns designed to generate leads and nurture prospects
- Assist with lead generation and nurture campaigns, including campaign setup, execution, and follow-through
- Support the creation of pitch decks, sales collateral, and marketing assets used in outreach and campaigns
- Track and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities to optimize messaging and grow revenue
Email & Newsletter Management
- Create newsletters and email campaigns
- Support audience engagement and list growth
Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of major social media platforms
- Experience editing and preparing short-form video content for social media
- Experience supporting or executing targeted marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives
- Familiarity with sales funnels, email campaigns, and marketing workflows
- Ability to help coordinate and execute campaigns from planning through launch
- Comfortable using AI tools and modern marketing platforms in content and campaign workflows
- Highly organized with strong project management and execution skills
- Able to work quickly, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Self-starter with a focus on results, lead generation, and revenue growth
Nice to Have
- Experience with content scheduling and analytics tools
- Marketing or content operations experience
- Experience supporting content-driven, sales-oriented campaigns
