The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for owning and executing core marketing operations tasks across web, email, and internal workflows. This role is highly execution-focused, requiring strong attention to detail, operational discipline, and the ability to manage day-to-day marketing coordination independently.
Website & Content Management (WordPress)
Upload, format, and maintain content on the company website using WordPress
Update existing pages to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely publishing
Follow established layouts, templates, and internal guidelines
Perform quality checks to ensure content is properly displayed and error-free
Email & CRM Execution
Build and schedule email campaigns within the company’s CRM (e.g., Constant Contact or similar platforms)
Manage contact lists, tags, and basic segmentation
Ensure email content is deployed correctly and on schedule
Support ongoing email execution independently
Marketing Coordination & Project Support
Own and manage marketing-related tasks within Asana
Move tasks between stages and team members to maintain workflow momentum
Centralize updates and follow-ups within project management tools
Maintain accuracy across spreadsheets, trackers, and internal documentation
Ensure smooth handoffs between contributors and stakeholders
Experience
2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, or execution-focused marketing roles
Hands-on experience working within WordPress
Experience with email marketing platforms or CRMs (Constant Contact or similar preferred)
Skills
