This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a part-time Marketing Manager/Strategist to elevate their dance studio’s digital marketing efforts. Our client is a dynamic and innovative organization in the performing arts industry, recognized for their creative approach and impactful community engagement over the past few years. They are seeking a strategic, data-driven marketer to bring fresh ideas and manage their digital marketing funnel from top to bottom.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive engagement and conversions.

  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including crafting compelling copy and optimizing performance.

  • Oversee digital ad strategy (Meta, Google, etc.) in collaboration with their ads implementation specialist.

  • Implement lead and past client re-engagement initiatives to maximize retention.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data insights.

  • Bring creative and innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and audience growth.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a strategy-focused role.

  • Familiarity with Slack, Asana, StudioHub (GoHighLevel), and Google Suite.

  • Experience in performing arts, fitness, or lifestyle brands is a plus but not required.

  • Strong background in email marketing, lead nurturing, and full-funnel optimization.

  • Ability to analyze data and adjust campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

  • High proficiency in English (written and spoken).

  • Independent, proactive, and highly creative mindset.
