Our client, a full-cycle marketing analytics startup, is looking for a Marketing Project Manager focused on leading technical marketing analytics projects for growth-oriented clients. This role blends project leadership with marketing data fluency and client-facing communication.

Manage the full lifecycle of marketing analytics projects from kickoff to launch.
Translate marketing metrics (e.g., CAC, ROMI) into analytics deliverables.
Align internal teams and clients (marketers, analysts, developers).
Own timelines, scope, budgets, documentation, and operational tracking.
Simplify marketing data to aid decision-making in client interactions.
Strong project management in marketing/analytics/CRM/ad tech.
Hands-on experience with performance marketing and ad platforms.
High technical literacy: attribution, traffic sources, UTM tagging, funnels.
Fluent English (C1+) and native-level Russian.
Clear communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
