This is a remote position.
Manage, optimize, and troubleshoot marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and related martech tools.
Oversee digital marketing project execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Analyze campaign data and performance metrics; present insights to improve marketing strategies.
Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and secure handling of sensitive customer information.
Provide documentation, onboarding, and training to team members on marketing systems and tools.
Collaborate with leadership and team members to bridge technical execution and strategic marketing goals.
Maintain CRM and lead management systems for accuracy and effectiveness.
Monitor competitor activity and recommend enhancements based on trends and best practices.
Coordinate email marketing initiatives and ensure campaigns align with customer journey mapping.
Adapt quickly to emerging marketing technologies and industry changes.
Fluent English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum of 2 yearsβ experience in digital marketing and martech operations.
Mac computer or laptop required.
Availability to overlap with U.S. Pacific Time Zone for at least half of working hours.
Must be willing to use Apple device management tools and smartphone for monitoring.
Associateβs or Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
Strong understanding of marketing tools, sales funnels, and customer journey mapping.
High proficiency with Google Workspace and project management systems.
Experience working in fast-paced startup environments is a plus.
Typing speed of 50+ wpm.
