  • Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring all new leads from social media DMs, website forms, and referrals are captured and tracked in the CRM.
  • Update lead and client status in the pipeline daily.
  • Configure and maintain CRM automations, including fixing lead notification routing to ensure the founder receives all critical alerts.
  • Generate weekly reports on lead flow, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
  • Manage the referral tracking system within the CRM, ensuring members are rewarded for successful referrals.
  • Repurpose and distribute content across all MBM platforms according to the weekly content calendar.
  • Schedule and post 3-5 TikTok videos daily.
  • Schedule and post 2 Instagram Reels daily
  • Schedule and post 3 LinkedIn posts per week to the founder's profile.
  • Repurpose vertical video content into YouTube Shorts and upload to the MBM channel.
  • Manage the content scheduling platform (e.g., Later, Buffer) to ensure a consistent posting rhythm.
  • Manage the new client onboarding process from payment confirmation to system access.
  • Set up new client subscriptions and automated recurring payments in Stripe.
  • Execute the payment recovery process for failed payments, including sending automated reminders and manual follow-ups.
  • Update landing pages (in Ola Sales) with new testimonials, copy changes, and pricing updates as directed.
  • Ensure all client-facing documents and systems are professional and up-to-date.
  • Execute the email and SMS marketing campaigns for the free group call funnel, using provided templates and schedules.
  • Manage the MBM Club community platform (WhatsApp/Discord), including welcoming new members, posting daily prompts, and fostering engagement.
  • Handle administrative tasks for the group coaching program, such as tracking attendance, sending call reminders, and distributing resources.
  • Create and format simple graphics for social media posts, stories, and email newsletters using Canva templates.
  • Organise and maintain the company's internal knowledge base and SOPs in Notion.
  • Manage the founder's calendar for sales calls and client appointments.
  • Conduct research and data entry tasks as required.
  • Track and report on key business metrics using a provided weekly dashboard template.


Hard Requirements:


  • Proven experience managing a sales CRM (e.g., Ola Sales, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign). You must understand pipelines, automations, and reporting.
  • Experience scheduling and posting content across TikTok, Instagram, youtube and LinkedIn using a scheduling tool.
  • Experience setting up recurring subscriptions and managing payments in Stripe.
  • You are a systems-thinker who is obsessed with detail, process, optimisation and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • You are fluent in English, communicate clearly, provide daily updates, set start & finish times and are not afraid to ask questions or suggest improvements.
  • You can quickly learn new software and are comfortable working in a fully digital environment.

  • Weeks 8 onwards: $5 USD/hour
