- Completed education or studies, ideally with focus on marketing, management or comparable qualification
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Marketing, ideally within logistics or related industry
- In-depth understanding of specific products and logistics industry dynamic
- Proactive and customer-focused mindset
- Data-driven, analytical skills and a global mindset
- High flexibility and hands-on mentality
- Language competencies: English, B2, or the capability to achieve this within the first 6 months
