A reputable forensic accounting firm is seeking a creative and self-motivated
part-time Marketing SpecialistΒ to support their marketing efforts for 5- 10 hours a week. This is a flexible, remote role ideal for someone with strong writing and content skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage projects independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Copywriting
- Draft engaging email content, blog posts, and marketing materials
- Ensure alignment with brand tone, voice, and audience targeting
Email Marketing (Mailchimp)
- Build and manage campaigns, segment lists, and set up automations
- Track performance and provide insights using analytics tools
Marketing Strategy
- Contribute campaign ideas and content themes
- Understand customer journeys and B2B marketing funnels
Graphic Design & Visuals
- Create graphics using Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop
- Maintain visual consistency across platforms
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and report on campaign performance (email/social media)
Project & Time Management
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Manage time effectively and communicate progress clearly
Social Media Marketing - Including LinkedIn MarketingΒ
Requirements
- Previous experience in a B2B Marketing role
- Proficient in Mailchimp (campaign setup, list segmentation, automations)
- Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop
- Experience with LinkedIn marketing
- Experience in developing and maintaining social media profiles
- Appreciation/Knowledge of the financial process
- First-language English speaker with a good command of the written and spoken English language
