About Hublead

Hublead is a SaaS that connects LinkedIn / LinkedIn Sales Navigator with HubSpot CRM.

With Hublead, sales teams can :

  • Import LinkedIn contacts and companies into HubSpot.
  • Sync LinkedIn invitations, messages, and activity automatically.
  • Track performance with reporting and dashboards.
  • Enrich contacts with accurate email and phone data.

We want to build a strong content machine that helps users understand HubSpot and Hublead, adopt the product faster, and use it better.

Why this role exists :

Content is a core part of our product and growth. We do not want generic marketing content. We want clear, practical, educational content that actually helps users.

This role owns the whole content engine:

  • Strategy
  • Production
  • Quality
  • Freelancers

What you’ll do

Content ownership & strategy

  • Own the global content strategy (blog, guides, tutorials, videos).
  • Decide what we produce, in which order, and why.
  • Structure and improve the content production process.

Content production (hands-on)

  • Write and produce part of the content yourself:
    • Blog posts and educational guides.
    • Video scripts and tutorials.
    • Turn complex features and workflows into simple, structured, useful content.

Video & tutorials

  • Own the full tutorial pipeline: brief, outline, script, screens, editor brief.
  • Ensure a high and consistent quality bar.

Freelancers management

  • Manage and coordinate our freelance content writers.
  • Review, improve, and validate their work.
  • Build a scalable and reliable content workflow.


Requirements

What success looks like

  • Users understand Hublead and HubSpot faster and better.
  • Content becomes a key driver of product adoption and activation.
  • Blog and videos become a real reference resource.
  • Content production is structured, predictable, and high quality.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience owning content for a SaaS or complex product.
  • Excellent written English.
  • Very strong at structuring knowledge and explaining complex things simply.
  • Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on.
  • Experience managing freelancers or contributors.
  • Bonus: HubSpot, B2B SaaS, RevOps, or sales tools.
