Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Technology Communications Advisor in a remote capacity. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities:            
  • Assist Chief of Staff in various duties, as assigned
  • Partner with communications/marketing team to help pitch/sell value stories from technology perspective that provides high value to larger team
  • Experienced writer/editor of newsletters with technology focus
  • Experienced writer/editor of all types of content, proven history of learning/synthesizing information for audiences of all sizes
  • Experienced speaker and presenter to large audiences of 400+ (5+ years’ experience)
  • Experienced creator of multichannel content designed to engage audiences of different learning styles and capacities (10+ years)
  • Understand (and master) audience profiles/personas to create (or refine into) an audience-specific messaging strategy that helps differentiate Technology
  • Experienced with executives/proven ability to tell technology stories inside and outside of technology teams
  • Manage and influence cross function/matrix and create accountability to consolidate messaging and content strategy
  • Partner with technology team to create meaningful content/communications/presentations
  • Maintain alignment of messaging with value proposition, solution positioning and creative and messaging platform across all campaign content
  • Utilize input from SMEs to synthesize into a persuasive messaging and content strategy
  • Build effective campaign content, offer and messaging documents/plans to guide creative development
  • Perform gap analyses across departments/teams and recommend/report on solutions
  • Write/edit/distribution SOPs and work instructions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business Communications, or Creative Writing
  • 6-8+ years of relevant experience
  • Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, technology, and internal audiences  
  • Demonstrated success partnering with cross-functional teams in developing messaging strategy/sharing messaging at executive levels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and project management skills; ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Previous experience working with communications and technology teams
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
