This is a remote position.
Design, implement and monitor automated multi-channel campaigns (email, social, workflows), combining Zoho Marketing Plus with CRM and AI features
Enable AI-powered campaign handling including smart content scheduling, lead scoring automation and performance prediction
Build GDPR-compliant consent workflows, segmentation and lead-scoring models using Zoho tools
Train client teams to handle automation, campaign execution and strategic implications via documentation and workshops
Report on campaign performance using Zoho analytics and GA4, identifying trends and opportunities for optimisation
Collaborate with creative, analytics and account teams to deliver integrated marketing automation solutions
Demonstrable experience with Zoho Marketing Solutions including Marketing Plus and Campaigns
Proven track record in marketing automation, workflow design, CRM integration and lead nurturing
Exposure to AI-enabled features in marketing platforms (e.g. auto‑copy generation, predictive scoring)
Strong understanding of GDPR-compliant data handling in marketing automation
Data-centric approach to campaign design: hypothesis-testing, funnel metrics, optimisation
Excellent project delivery and client liaison skills
Fluent English (written and spoken); additional fluency in German, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese is advantageous
Professional development working on AI-enabled marketing automation with Zoho tools
