  • This is an internal opening for DDP 
  • The positions can be applied by all interested staff members, but in case of equal merit, the priority will be given to the staff member whose  current position will be discontinued in the new structure
  • The short listed candidates will be invited to an interview 


Job context

Programmatic – Community Engagement:  spearheading community engagement activities, keeping close contact with various networks and communities   

 

Communications: developing internal and external information content

 

Administrative tasks: filing, report writing, meetings

 

Responsibilities

Programmatic – Community Engagement 

  • Planning and facilitating capacity building and meeting activities under the community building
  • Attending regular online meetings with networks and communities (CiviCERT, RaReNet, Feminist Helplines, etc.)
  • Liaising with the Project Assistant, organizing and arranging travel plans for any in-person capacity building events
  • Editing research and documentation of different community building activities
  • Preparing tracking sheets and collection of data for DMEAL purposes and sharing them with DMEAL officer



Communications

  • Preparing drafts for internal newsletter
  • Supporting the maintenance of DDP website with content development

 

Administration

  • Attending bi-weekly (or monthly) team meetings
  • Preparing monthly reporting
