The Change and Communication Lead will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing organizational change management and communication strategies to support the successful implementation of enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives. The role focuses on ensuring stakeholder readiness, effective communication, user adoption, and smooth transition during system or process changes.<\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/span><\/span>Develop and implement a comprehensive <\/span><\/span>Change Management Strategy<\/span><\/span><\/b> aligned with project objectives.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span>Create and execute <\/span><\/span>communication plans<\/span><\/span><\/b> to support organizational awareness and stakeholder engagement.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span>Conduct <\/span><\/span>stakeholder analysis<\/span><\/span><\/b> to identify impacts and develop tailored engagement approaches.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span>Design and deliver <\/span><\/span>change readiness assessments<\/span><\/span><\/b> and mitigation strategies.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span>Collaborate with project teams, business leaders, and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment between <\/span><\/span>business processes, technology, and people impacts<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span>Develop <\/span><\/span>training strategies and user enablement programs<\/span><\/span><\/b> to support adoption of new systems or processes.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span>Prepare communication materials such as:
<\/span><\/span>Executive updates
<\/span><\/span>Stakeholder presentations
<\/span><\/span>Newsletters and internal announcements
<\/span><\/span>End\-user guides and communication artifacts
<\/span><\/span>Monitor and report on <\/span><\/span>change adoption metrics and communication effectiveness<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span>Facilitate workshops, meetings, and engagement sessions with stakeholders and leadership teams.
<\/span><\/span>Support governance processes and provide <\/span><\/span>status reporting to project leadership<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span>

Required Qualifications<\/b>
<\/span><\/span>Proven experience leading <\/span><\/span>organizational change management initiatives<\/span><\/span><\/b> within large transformation or technology implementation programs.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span>Strong experience developing and executing <\/span><\/span>communication strategies and stakeholder engagement plans<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span>Experience conducting <\/span><\/span>impact assessments, readiness assessments, and change mitigation activities<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span>Demonstrated ability to work with <\/span><\/span>cross\-functional teams including business, IT, and leadership stakeholders<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span>Experience supporting <\/span><\/span>enterprise system implementations or digital transformation initiatives<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span>Excellent <\/span><\/span>written and verbal communication skills<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span>Strong <\/span><\/span>facilitation and stakeholder management abilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span>

Preferred Qualifications<\/b>
<\/span><\/span>Experience with recognized <\/span><\/span>change management frameworks<\/span><\/span><\/b> (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar).<\/span>
<\/span><\/span>Experience developing <\/span><\/span>training strategies and user adoption programs<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span>Background supporting <\/span><\/span>public sector or large enterprise environments<\/span><\/span><\/b> (optional).<\/span>
<\/span><\/span>Ability to manage <\/span><\/span>multiple stakeholders and competing priorities<\/span><\/span><\/b> in complex programs.<\/span>
