Job Title: Marketing Funnel Manager


Job Description:

We're seeking a Marketing Funnel Manager to drive customer acquisition and conversion for our Dibbly Inc. brands. You'll both manage paid advertising campaigns and create high-converting sales funnels that turn prospects into customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) for both brands
  • Design, build, and manage complete sales funnels from awareness to conversion
  • Create compelling ad copy and landing page content tailored to each brand
  • Analyze campaign performance and funnel metrics to implement data-driven improvements
  • Manage marketing automation and lead nurturing sequences
  • Collaborate with sales and design teams to maximize conversion rates

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of solid experience in both digital advertising management and funnel creation
  • Proven track record of successfully managing ad campaigns and building conversion funnels
  • Proficiency with marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email platforms, funnel builders)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with conversion optimization
  • Excellent written communication and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Must submit a video walking us through a typical funnel you would build out as part of your application
