OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Global Events Marketing Manager for a contract position (May - November 2025). This role leads the strategy and execution of global virtual events, including webinars, workshops, and demos, to support demand generation and drive engagement. You'll collaborate with regional marketing teams, digital operations, and content stakeholders to deliver consistent, compelling event experiences that attract new prospects and build stronger customer relationships.
Open to remote candidates in Canada or the US - must be eligible to work in and reside in either country without sponsorship required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own global roadmap, strategy and deployment for live and on-demand webinars and virtual events
• Work with global campaigns team to build full-funnel webinar calendar that includes industry experts, customers and partners
• Optimize promotion and follow-up strategy across our marketing channels; paid, organic, email, sales outreach and social
• Scale the webinar channel through on-demand; including the ownership and maintenance of the global webinar hub
• Establish regular feedback loop with partner marketing, field marketing, digital, analytics and various cross-functional stakeholders to help inform global event strategy
• Maintain detailed and transparent reporting on all aspects of lead acquisition activities including conversion, opportunity creation, etc
QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of marketing experience, SaaS experience is a plus!
• Marketing automation, webinar & CRM platforms (knowledge of Marketo, On24 and Salesforce preferred)
• Data management tools (Tableau, 6sense, experience highly desirable)
• Proficiency with Excel
• Strong analytical abilities. Manipulating data, analyzing outcomes, and scoping out key insights to establish continuous optimization.
