As the Graphic Design & Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling content that encapsulates the brand's essence. From designing campaign visuals to managing social media assets, eCommerce graphics, and marketing collateral, your role will ensure consistency and creativity across all digital and print platforms. You will work alongside the Brand and Marketing teams to generate innovative content that strengthens the brandβs presence, drives engagement, and enhances the customer experience.
The Graphic Design & Content Specialist is a key member of the marketing team, tasked with shaping the visual identity of the brand across multiple platforms. You will create engaging content for digital and print mediums and support various marketing initiatives, including seasonal campaigns and product launches. Your contributions will be instrumental in maintaining a strong, cohesive brand image
Brand Consistency: Ensuring uniformity of brand elements across all marketing materials and digital assets.
Engagement: Increased engagement on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) through visually compelling content.
Project Delivery: Timely and efficient delivery of design projects within set deadlines.
Visual Impact: Improvement in customer experience and online conversion rates through optimized product imagery and digital content.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effective coordination with photographers, videographers, stylists, and other internal teams to execute creative projects.
Experience: 5+ years in graphic design, content creation, or a similar creative role.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a combination of technical expertise and creative design capabilities.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Lightroom).
Video editing and animation experience (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
Social Media & eCommerce Experience: Proven experience in content creation for social media platforms (especially for-purpose industries) and eCommerce.
Graphic Design & Branding:
Design visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing materials, social media graphics, website banners, and branded merchandise.
Ensure consistency of the brandβs visual identity across all touchpoints.
Oversee the creation of campaign visuals, collaborating with photographers, videographers, and stylists.
Develop and manage compelling product and lifestyle imagery that aligns with the brand's aesthetic.
Content Strategy & Execution:
Conceptualize and execute content strategies for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
Curate and create content for various social media platforms to drive engagement and interaction with the brand.
Support the production of video content, including styling, filming, and editing for digital and social media platforms.
Website & eCommerce Visuals:
Design and optimize digital assets for the website to ensure an engaging and seamless user experience.
Ensure all product imagery is high quality and on-brand, optimized for better conversion rates.
Work closely with the eCommerce team to refine visuals for product pages, banners, and campaign roll outs.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Collaborate with the PCHF Marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of creative projects.
Lead and mentor junior designers or content creators (if applicable) in executing marketing materials and campaigns.
Creative Vision: Ability to craft engaging, innovative content that tells a story and aligns with brand goals.
Technical Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in design tools, video editing software, and digital content creation.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team, liaising with various departments.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a strong aesthetic sense to maintain brand integrity and deliver polished, professional work.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing trends and continuously improve content strategies and designs.
Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, content creation, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Lightroom), video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Social Media Proficiency: Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and their unique content requirements, especially in a for-purpose context.
Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing a mix of digital and print design work, video production, and content strategy.
Additional Skills: Strong storytelling abilities through visual media, proficiency in eCommerce visuals, and experience with content strategy.
