This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients on their projects during key stages, including early concept validation, startup launch, and growth scaling efforts.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' target audience, competitors, market trends, and user behavior to define effective digital growth strategies.
- Develop and brainstorm growth experiment strategies and tactics.
- Set up and manage ad campaigns to drive targeted user acquisition and conversion.
- Design and implement experiments, such as A/B tests, to optimize landing pages, creatives, emails, and other marketing assets.
- Continuously measure and optimize all tactics to meet and exceed growth goals.

Our internships are unpaid; however, we do provide remuneration to cover lunch and travel expenses for our interns.
Requirements
Your Expertise
- You have a background in Communication Management, Communication Science, Commercial Communication, or Marketing & Cross Media Management.
- Prior experience in advertising, SEO, social media, or community management is preferred.
- You exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong determination for achieving success.
- You showcase exceptional analytical skills and a genuine passion for making data-driven decisions.
- You proactively approach projects, taking ownership and demonstrating a high level of initiative.
- You possess a creative mindset with a profound understanding of user behavior.
- Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to effectively express your vision and ideas.
- You are a native or fluent English speaker.
- Knowledge of design, copywriting, or development is considered advantageous.
